Healthy Visions offer group exercise for individuals of all fitness levels and capabilities, beginner exercisers, people who are unfit, people with medical conditions and people who want to manage their weight. I undertake a health screening for all new clients to ensure exercise is safe and effective.
I offer weight management advice and motivational interviewing to help you to explore possibilities for behaviour change around exercise and eating. I can talk with you about eating habits and give advice in line with Government recommendations.
Every client is an individual with their own likes and dislikes, their own abilities and barriers. I aim to build on your own knowledge and motivation while offering any advice and guidance you may need. Together we can put together a plan to suit you.
